How to become a Premium member?

From MyLife app select 'Preferences' menu option, after tapping on Overflow icon in the top right, tap on 'Membership' in order to see available payment options. You can either make an in-app purchase through Google wallet or Redeem a prepaid code. NOTE that (Pakistan and UAE) users of MeriLife (Urdu version) app can pay via Telenor billing service as well.

How do I connect with a Doctor?

Once you have become a Premium user and have obtained doctor's code, tap on 'MY DOCTORS' tab in MyLife app and press 'Tap to add' (+) button. You will see list of available doctors; click on the doctor and you will be prompted if you want to connect, click OK to join.

NOTE that there are some doctors (bearing * next to the name) who can only connect with patients using a code. If you must connect with such doctors, either contact doctor's office or send us your request at info@digilife.pk.

What kind of Services a Doctor can provide?

You can contact a doctor to discuss Health related non-emergency issues, as well as, sharing your Vitals and getting Health advises. You can also send a message to follow-up on your previous visits, lab tests or medications. Your doctor shall respond you within 4 to 8 hours.

Note that, the doctor will typically conclude the discussion (consultation) by sending an Advice and/or Medication. In which case, you will be charged 1 (or more) consultation units. Exact number of units depends upon multiple factors, such as his/her Experience, area of Specialty, country of Residence, etc.

How do I record my Readings/Vitals?

From MyLife app, tap on MY HEALTH' tab. Tap on 'Measurements' and you will see multiple tabs (one for each vital). Tap on the desired Vital, such as BP (Blood Pressure) and click on New Reading (+). If you have a Bluetooth device and is already paired with your app, you will see a dialog with the device image. If not, then you will see a dialog where you can manually enter the reading.

In case of paired device, tap the 'Connect' button. Once connected, tap on 'Start' button; your device will start taking the measurement. Once completed, your reading will be automatically saved in your phone.

How can I pair a Medical Device?

From MyLife app, tap on MY HEALTH' tab. Tap on 'overflow' icon in the top right corner and choose 'Devices'. Tap on the'Pair Devices' button at the bottom, which will take you to the (system) Bluetooth Screen and start scanning. If your Blood pressure or Blood glucose monitor is powered on, you will see it in the list of available devices.

Click on the desired device, once it is paired you will see it in the list of availble devices.

What kind of Medical Devices are supported?

MyLife (patient side) app is pre-integrated with (a) Blood Glucose and (b) Blood Pressure monitors. The Blood pressure monitor also comes with Heart rate measurement support. These devices are CE Certified, which means that they fulfill the compliance requirement for European Economic Area (EEA) market.

How should I share Vitals with Doctors?

The app does it for you, if you are a 'Premium' user. Once your vitals are recorded (see 'How do I Take my Readings/Vitals'), your readings will be automatically synced on the cloud within the next couple of hours. However, if you need to send data immediately, you can tap on 'REFRESH' button on top (next to the 'call' button) to begin the sync process.

How will I update my Preferences?

From MyLife app, select 'Preferences' menu option, after tapping on Overflow icon in the top right, tap on 'Edit' button next to your name. Update your information as needed, once completed, tap on update button to make the changes permanent.

How much will I be charged for Doctor Advice?

Once you have received an Advice from the doctor, you will be charged 1 (or more) consultation units. Exact number of units depends upon multiple factors, such as his/her Experience, area of Specialty, country of Residence, etc.

How can I purchase more Untis?

From MyLife app, select 'Preferences' menu option, after tapping on Overflow icon in the top right, tap on 'Membership' in order to see available payment options. You can either make an in-app purchase through Google wallet or Redeem a prepaid card.
